The public toilets listed are free to use. Anyone can access these toilets at no cost. However, these public toilets are maintained by toilet attendants who take care of the cleanliness of these public restrooms. Ensuring the cleanliness is their job responsibility. However, if you feel satiated with the hygiene of the toilets the attendants are happy about a donation.
